21 DAYS OF PRAYER & FASTING

Breakthrough Prayer: 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting is a transformational time of reflection, petition, and communion with God. Together, we will explore a variety of topics in our devotional time, and learn how fasting is a fundamental exercise of faith. Each day in this journey, we’ll pray, both for ourselves and others, concerning one of the topics below. We’ll also have a prayer phone call each day at 7:00 AM CST to come together about that day’s topic. Find out more information about our various events and gatherings this month below!

Financial Wisdom

Are you struggling with how to best use the finances God has given you? On today’s call, we pray for God to bless us with the wisdom to make sound and kingdom-building financial decisions, that He might be glorified.

Salvation

According to Romans 6:23, “the wages of sin is death”, but “the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our LORD.” Today, God extends His salvation to us. Let us receive this free gift and pray for all to receive salvation in Jesus.

Grief

Matthew 5:4 says, “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Today, our focus is on praying for those that have experienced loss.

Placeholder Image

Depression

Today, we declare God’s Word over the spirit of depression. Let us speak over our lives, our families, our nation, and world, that the spirit of depression is broken off our lives in the name of Jesus! Nehemiah 8:10 says, “The joy of the LORD is your strength.”

Faith

Hebrews 11:6 says, “Without faith is impossible to please God” As we seek God today, let’s petition Him for an increase in faith, that we might please God.

Placeholder Image

Forgiveness

Do you find it difficult to forgive? Do you need to ask for forgiveness? One of Jesus’s last sayings on the cross was, “Father, forgive them…” (Luke 23:24) Let us find the freedom of God’s forgiveness for ourselves, and the power of extending that forgiveness to others.

Healing from Sickness

On today’s call, we’re believing the promises of God’s Word for healing from sickness. James 5:15 says, “And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up.” Speak God’s promises, and believe that He is faithful to heal us!

Strongholds/Addictions

Have you recognized strongholds in your life or in the lives of others? Today, we’re praying and declaring the victory that comes from Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit to cast down every stronghold and addiction!

Placeholder Image

Marriage

Marriage is a reflection of Jesus’s love for the Church. We seek God today for marriages. Let us lay our marriages before Him, that His love will restore, refresh, and strengthen them.

Placeholder Image

Singleness

Whether by calling or by choice, singleness is a gift from God. Jesus stated that whoever can accept this calling should (Matthew 19:12). We lift up those that are single, that they would find closeness with and strength from God to remain holy.

Financial Deliverance

Proverbs 22:7 says, “The borrower is slave to the lender.” Today, we pray for deliverance in our finances. We speak God’s blessings over our lives, that we will no longer be the borrowers, but the lenders!

Placeholder Image

Widows/Widowers

Psalm 68 says that God is the “defender of widows.” Let us pray for the widows and widowers, that they will find peace and strength in God.

Placeholder Image

Fathers

Today, we pray for all fathers, and declare Proverbs 20:7 over them: “The righteous man walks in his integrity; His children are blessed after him.”

Placeholder Image

Mothers

On today’s call, we lift up all mothers. Proverbs 31:28 says, “Her children arise and call her blessed.” We seek God’s hand of protection and prosperity over all mothers.

Placeholder Image

Children

Psalm 127 says that children are a heritage from the LORD. Today, we pray God’s covering and protection over our children, that they would be a generation of faithful Christ-followers.

Elderly/Seasoned Saints

Today, we pray for those who are mature in age. Proverbs 16:31 says, “Gray hair is a crown of splendor; it is attained in the way of righteousness.” Let us pray for those who are older in years, that they might continue in the wisdom, strength, and might of God.

Church Leaders

Titus 2:7 says, “In everything set them an example by doing what is good.' Today, we uplift our church leaders to God, that His grace and truth would both cover and direct them as they lead God’s people.

Placeholder Image

Local and National Leaders

Today, we pray 1 Timothy 2:1-2, which says, “First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.” We pray that God provides direction and wisdom for our leaders.

Clarity and Direction

Today, our prayer focus on clarity and direction. Psalm 25:4-5 says, “Show me your ways, LORD, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior.” Let us seek God today and request His guidance for our lives.

Thanksgiving

Psalm 136 says, “Give thanks unto the LORD, the God of gods, and the LORD of lords.” Why? Because “His love endures forever.” Today, let us enter into His courts with thanksgiving and praise!

TWC & Financial Legacy

Today, we pray that the blessings and favor of God would overflow in us and become a legacy for generations to come. We pray that God’s faithfulness to bless will overtake your house and TWC!
