 Instructions are

Today, we’re dwelling in the truth of God’s Word which He has provided to us!
God isn’t going to bring a new year as a gift without providing us with the necessary instructions! Proverbs 4:20-27 gives us wisdom to walk out this coming year successfully!

Subscribe not Prescribe

Today, we’re subscribing to God’s will for our lives!
We oftentimes come to God in prayer and lay out a prescription for Him of what we want done and when. Moving forward, let’s subscribe to God’s plans for our lives! All we need to do is co-sign! Take the time to read Psalm 40:8, Psalm 143:10, Matt 6:10

God’s Promises and Your Sacrifice

Today, we’re striving to grow in our relationship with God and sacrificing our earthly desires!
Our relationship with God should cause us to want to purify ourselves from the things of the world that pollutes our soul, body, and mind! Take the time to read 2 Corinthians 6:16-18 and 2 Corintthians 7:1.

The Secret Place–Psalm 91

Today, we’re making space for our Creator in our day to day lives!

When was the last time you made space for God in your life? So often, routine, stress, the demands of family life, work, or even relaxation get in the way of us communing with our heavenly Father.

After the Pruning

Today, we’re striving to fulfill the purpose that God has planned for us!
Pruning is the act of trimming and cutting away dead flowers, branches, and stems so that the plant as a whole can become healthy once again. After the pruning, flowers bloom, leaves get greener, and trees bear fruit once more. When you cut away the dead things in your life you can thrive and grow into the person that God planned for you to be! Read John 15-2-6 and Isaiah 18:5.

Your House, Your Church

Today, we’re worshipping the Lord from where we are!

The COVID-19 pandemic has rendered the worship for many Christians to the walls of their home. Although we miss the fellowship and connection with our faith family, we can experience powerful and effective worship at home just like the believers in the book of Acts! Check this out in Acts 20:20 and Acts 5:42!

Reconcile for Refreshment

Today, we’re reflecting on our relationships and offering forgiveness where it’s needed!

When we have pain, frustration, and tension in our lives, we can become worn out and even ill. Let’s reflect on our relationships today. Is there anyone we should forgive and seek reconciliation with so that our hearts can be refreshed? Take time to read Philemon 1:8-20 and Colossians 3:13 for more on this topic.

Hope Restored

Today, we’re remembering there is always hope in our Lord Jesus Christ!

There are times in our lives when it looks like everything has been cut off–it appears that we have no hope and nothing remains… But in Isaiah, it reminds us that even though only the stump remained, when it was time, it sprouted and budded once again. This is a representation of our lives! Check it out in Isaiah 11:1-5.

God is My Safe House

Today, we’re remembering God is our sanctuary!

Have you ever felt like you just wanted to run away and hide from the storms of life? There is a place where we may find shelter and rest. Today’s topic focuses on God as our Safe House–the shelter for those who are hurting and oppressed! Take time to read Psalms 9:9-19.

Today, we’re showing forgiveness and being a display of the forgiveness we received!

Forgiveness is one of the biggest challenges of life! This is why God didn’t leave us without a perfect example of how to forgive–Jesus! He was the only perfect human being ever to walk the face of the planet, was wronged, falsely accused, beaten, tortured, and murdered–all without cause.

“At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, ‘I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.’”–Luke 10:21

Don’t Give Up Your Blessing

Today, we’re putting our relationship with God above all other priorities!

Our time spent with God is precious and valuable! Be careful not to forfeit the blessing of being in God’s presence to fulfill earthly appetites.

“Esau said to his father, ‘Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!’ Then Esau wept aloud.”–Genesis 27:38

 Holiness is Authentic

Today, we’re remembering to be a display of the love and grace of Jesus!

The lifestyle we live as a child of God and a follower of Jesus is on full display, even if we think we can hide our identity.

“By this time the crowd, unwieldy and stepping on each other’s toes, numbered into the thousands. But Jesus’ primary concern was his disciples. He said to them, ‘Watch yourselves carefully so you don’t get contaminated with Pharisee yeast, Pharisee phoniness. You can’t keep your true self hidden forever; before long you’ll be exposed. You can’t hide behind a religious mask forever; sooner or later the mask will slip and your true face will be known. You can’t whisper one thing in private and preach the opposite in public; the day’s coming when those whispers will be repeated all over town.’”–Luke 12:1-3

Enter the Narrow Gate

Today, we’re remembering that Christ is the only way to the Father!

The road to forgiveness is through Jesus Christ! While forgiving others may seem unpopular and difficult, there is deliverance through the narrow gate.

“Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.”–Luke 13:24

Worship Leads to Revelation

Today, we’re prioritizing worshipping our Lord and Savior!

Are you willing to forsake the unimportant things that are of the world in order to fully surrender to God and worship Him? You will discover that God will give you revelation right in the place where you worshipped Him! Take the time to read Genesis 35:1-7

The Lost and Found

Today, we’re celebrating that we once were lost, but now are found in Christ!

We must celebrate when God restores to us what was lost! He is the God of the Resurrection and He is the God that forgives– the family members, dreams, careers, and opportunities that were lost and dead, God is able to restore. Are you willing to forgive?

Value Time with God

Today, we’re recognizing the importance of spending time with the Lord!

We will often place high value on unimportant things. Today in your time with God, ask the LORD to reveal those things you have highly regarded that, in time, He wants to remove from you.

“He said to them, ‘You are the ones who justify yourselves to the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God’s sight.’”–Like 16:15

Forgiveness as a Service of Faith

Today, we’re humbling ourselves and forgiving others!

We demonstrate our faith in God through our willingness to forgive others. Are you struggling to forgive? Your struggle to forgive relates to your willingness to serve God! Today, let’s humble ourselves before God and serve Him through forgiving others! Take time to read Luke 17:7-10

Today, we’re not giving up on our prayers!

Have you ever given up on your prayer to God? Have the attitude to P.U.S.H. and not give up! Take the time to read the parable describing this in Luke 18:1-8!

Grace as Attitude

Today, we’re recognizing and displaying the grace that God has shown to us!

In Scripture, the number 5 represents grace. In forgiving others, God wants us to extend grace to those that may not deserve it because He extended grace to us when we could NEVER deserve it.

“Joseph went and told Pharaoh, ‘My father and brothers, with their flocks and herds and everything they own, have come from the land of Canaan and are now in Goshen.’ He chose five of his brothers and presented them before Pharaoh.”–Genesis 47:1-2

Ask and be Forgiven

Today, we’re asking the Lord for forgiveness!

Are you in need of forgiveness? A bad attitude can keep us unrepentant and walking in unforgiveness. The shame and guilt of past transgressions are burdensome. Today, we humble seek God for forgiveness. Take time to read Genesis 50:15-21

God Hears Our Cry

Today, we’re recognizing that God hears His children’s cries!

Even in our lowest and loneliest places, God hears our cries. And because you are one of God’s children, He remembers His promises toward you!

“During that long period, the king of Egypt died. The Israelites groaned in their slavery and cried out, and their cry for help because of their slavery went up to God. God heard their groaning and he remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob. So God looked on the Israelites and was concerned about them.”–Exodus 2:23-25

Be Confident in God

Today, we’re being confident in the Lord’s will!

We should not apologize for being who God created us to be! For what is seen as deficiency is more than enough for God to use in you. What attitude do you have towards the person God has created you to be?

“Moses said to the Lord, ‘Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”–Exodus 4:10

Healing Through Forgiveness

Today, we’re asking God to help us forgive others!

Jesus is the ultimate model of forgiveness! At the height of human pain, affliction, and suffering, Jesus still forgave those who had wronged Him. Ask God to reveal any hurdles you may have towards forgiveness so that you may find healing!

“Jesus said, ‘Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.’...”–Luke 23:34

Healing in the Good News

Today, we’re being encouraged by the good news of Jesus Christ!

Throughout life, we will inevitably face trials that bring pain, sorrow, and hurt. Yet, God still desires to speak into our hearts and encourage us. God wants to heal you as you believe the good news about Jesus Christ and His promises!

“But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense.”–Like 24:11

Barriers to Healing

Today, we're keeping a humble attitude in our prayer to God for His healing!

A dish prepared with yeast will rise and become inflated. Jesus warns against an inflated attitude of pride in Mark 8:15. Today, we desire to have a humble attitude to receive the healing that God has for us.

“For seven days no yeast is to be found in your houses. And anyone, whether foreigner or native-born, who eats anything with yeast in it must be cut off from the community of Israel. Eat nothing made with yeast. Wherever you live, you must eat unleavened bread.”–Exodus 12:19-20

Don’t Go Back to Egypt

Today, we’re leaning on God amid our trials and difficulties!

When you feel like your life is under pressure, do not run back to your places of pain and heartache! Trust in God in spite of your circumstances and difficulties–trust in God for your healing!

An Attitude of Gratitude

Today, we’re showing God gratitude for the amazing grace He has shown us!

If God has delivered you, healed you, restored you, or blessed you, do you take the opportunity to give God praise? In other words, do you have an attitude of gratitude?

“Then Peter said, ‘Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.’ Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.”–Acts 3:6-8

God's WORD is Flawless

Today, we’re recognizing that God is our shepherd!

What God has spoken about your life is flawless and valuable! Today, remember the promises that God has spoken over us concerning our healing are pure, priceless, and flawless and should remain close to our hearts!

Give it to God

Today, we’re relinquishing control of everything in our lives to God!

Have you desired God to heal in bodies, relationships, minds, souls, spirits, and even your finances but failed to relinquish control to Him? Do not hold anything back. Read Acts 5:1-7 to get a grasp on this concept!

God’s Holy Work
